Cancel or change your subscription

Use the Paddle customer portal from Dashboard → Billing.

Cancel

1. Go to Dashboard → Billing. 2. Open the Paddle customer portal. 3. Cancel renewal — access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your account reverts to the free plan after expiry. Export transcripts you want to keep before retention limits apply.

Change plan

Use the portal to switch payment method. To move between Pro and Plus, upgrade from pricing while signed in — Paddle handles proration when applicable.

Email us via contact with your account email and charge date. We review refunds case by case.
