Upgrade to Pro or Plus via Paddle; manage payment method and cancellation in the billing portal.

- Guest, try on the homepage, no account
- Free account, library, TXT export, higher limits than guest
- Pro, SRT/VTT captions, AI features, higher volume, longer files
- Plus, heavy volume and team-oriented features
Upgrade
- Sign in at /login.
- Open pricing or Dashboard → Billing.
- Complete checkout in the Paddle overlay (cards and supported local methods). The payment window opens on top of the site so pop-up blockers are less likely to block it.
Your plan updates automatically after payment.
Manage subscription
From Dashboard → Billing, open the Paddle customer portal to:
- Update payment method
- Switch monthly / annual (if offered)
- Cancel renewal
Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Contact us via the contact form with your account email and charge date. We handle refunds case by case.
