What's the difference between Pro and Plus?

Pro ($19/mo) is for individuals who need AI features and higher daily limits. Plus ($49/mo) adds team seats, much higher volume (500 uploads/day, 6,000 audio minutes/day), 3-hour files, 90-day retention, and priority support, similar to Happy Scribe's Business tier.

What happens when I hit my daily limit?

Limits reset at midnight UTC. Guest: 2/day. Free account: 5/day. Pro: 200/day. Plus: 500/day. Sign in or upgrade when you need more.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Pro and Plus subscriptions accept all major debit and credit cards via Paddle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you store my audio after transcription?

Guest: 24 hours. Free account: 3 days. Pro: 30 days. Plus: 90 days.

Is there a maximum file size?

Yes. Upload size limits vary by plan: Guest 100 MB, Free 250 MB, Pro 1 GB, Plus 2 GB. Audio length limits also apply (10 minutes guest, 30 minutes free, 3 hours Pro and Plus).
