Upload many files at once
Queue multiple audio or video files from the dashboard and let them process in the background.
When to use batch upload
Use batch upload when you have several meetings, interviews, or voice memos ready at once. You set language and options once, then walk away while jobs finish.
How to queue a batch
- Sign in and open the dashboard.
- Start an upload and select multiple files.
- Choose language (or Auto-detect) and options such as speaker labels.
- Confirm — files queue and process in the background.
Your library updates as each job finishes. You can close the tab and come back later.
Progress and retries
The progress bar follows real steps (upload, processing, save). If a job fails, open it from your library and hit Retry — you usually do not need to re-upload the file.
Limits
Batch size and file length still follow your plan limits. Guests upload one file at a time on the homepage; batch queue is for signed-in accounts.
