Try these steps
1. Shorten or compress very long files, then retry. 2. Sign in if you hit guest daily limits (3 transcriptions/day). 3. Use a common format: MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, MOV. 4. Disable browser extensions that block uploads. 5. Refresh and upload again — duplicate detection may offer an existing transcript.
