On iPhone Safari, videos over ~200 MB sometimes fail before the progress bar moves. Works on desktop Chrome.

When the sidebar auto-collapses on /transcript/*, Home disappears from the icon rail. Logo helps now, but an always-visible Dashboard icon would be clearer.
