Public API for completed jobs

Plus accounts can send a recording from their own software. Create a key, upload a file or a public link, and poll until the transcript is ready. Download TXT, JSON, SRT, or VTT. The finished file also appears in the library. Docs: https://filetranscribe.com/developers. Webhooks are not included yet.
