Uploads
POST /api/v1/uploads
Ask for an upload before you send the bytes. The file goes straight to storage, not through the API server, so long recordings stay within the Plus size limit (2 GB, 3 hours).

The response includes id, signed_url, and upload_headers. PUT the file to signed_url as multipart form data within about two hours. Use an empty form field name for the file, and send upload_headers with that request. Then create a transcription with upload_id.
