Errors
Error bodies are JSON with an error string. Rate limits also include retry_in_seconds.
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 400 | The request is invalid, or the file is too long or too large. |
| 401 | The API key is missing, revoked, or wrong. |
| 402 | The Plus credit balance cannot cover this transcription. |
| 403 | The key's account is not on Plus, or the export is not on the plan. |
| 404 | That transcription or upload does not exist. |
| 409 | The upload was already used, or the transcript is not ready to export. |
| 429 | This key has hit the hourly request limit. |
| 500 | Something failed on our side. Try again. |
| 503 | The API is not configured. |
