Caption files, teams, and settings
Import caption files, set your name and time zone, invite a team, and manage glossaries and style guides.
These tools are live in the dashboard.
Caption files
Subtitles → New subtitles can import an SRT or VTT file. The file shows up in the same list as your recordings, marked Caption file. Open it to edit, export, translate, or ask a question about the captions.
On that page, pick one of your recordings or upload a video. The upload is for playback. The caption timings stay as they were in the file.
Account and notifications
Settings → Account info saves a display name, a time zone, and 12-hour or 24-hour time. Search the time zone list for a place, such as Pakistan, or choose UTC. The email on the account stays read-only.
Settings → Notifications turns the “file ready” and “processing failed” emails on or off.
Team
Pro and Plus accounts can open Settings → Members and invite people to one team, up to 5 seats. Share a file from its menu when the team should see it. Each person still uses their own credits.
Glossaries, style guides, and usage
Settings includes Glossaries and Style guides. The default glossary is used when you import a link. A style guide applies when captions are first created from a transcript.
Usage shows your balance and downloads a CSV of that summary.
